· Demand digital gift voucher is not applicable for the Cash on Delivery Method. It is up for purchase through pre-payment only (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card).

Process:

· Customers will buy gift vouchers from the Shoplover website.

· If a customer buys 3 vouchers, for example, Tk. 2,000, Tk. 5,000, Tk. 10,000 then Demand will share the 3 vouchers amount separately with the customer’s Shoplover account number.

· Demand will input all the voucher amounts along with the customer’s information in Demand’s server.

· Customers will visit Demand retail stores; select the shoes they like and tell the cash counter person that She/he has Shoplover digital vouchers which they want to redeem.

· Cashier/store manager will ask the customer to provide their mobile number and the voucher amount.

· Cashier will input the voucher amount and the mobile number in Demand software and then immediately an OTP will be sent to the customer's mobile number.

· Cashier will take the OTP code from the customer and enter it into the software.

· If the product price is more than the voucher value then the customers will pay the extra amount through cash.

Terms & Conditions:

· Customers will be allowed to buy only regular price products (Fresh merchandise) which means discounted products (old merchandise) will not be sold through gift vouchers.

· The voucher code will be activated against the customer's phone number shared by the customer during order placement.

· During redemption, the customer will receive an OTP to the customer’s Shoplover account phone number.

· The vouchers cannot be redeemed in any Demand Dealer stores or Franchise stores. Only the Demand Retail Stores will allow the voucher redemption.

· Gift Vouchers are valid for (2) two months from the date of issue

· The gift card will be activated for shopping within 1 working day after payment.

· Regular holidays and Govt. holidays will be excluded from the given activation hours timeline.

· The customer has to buy a product equal to or more than the value of his voucher.

· Customers are not eligible to buy more than 10 products in one invoice.

· One customer can purchase a maximum of 2 quantities of a single product/design in a single invoice.

· A consumer can redeem a maximum of 2 vouchers daily.

· The Gift Code has to be used fully in a single transaction. One can purchase multiple items using one Gift Voucher. If the total payable value exceeds the Gift Voucher value, an extra amount can be paid in cash or bKash. But if there's any remaining that can't be claimed as Cash.

· Return policy not applicable for this item.
